What will my dog do while they are there?
Mornings start with breakfast, and then we head outside for an early morning romp to stretch our legs and relieve ourselves. The dogs play in off leash groups of matching temperaments, running around both indoors and outdoors, throughout the day and evening. Overnight, we set our dogs up in all their different sleeping areas and tuck them in for some well needed rest & relaxation.
Are there risks with off-leash play?
It is very important for all dog owners to understand that when you go to a public dog park, or you send your dog to an off leash environment with other dogs, there is always the potential for accidents, and incidents between dogs to occur. Dogs are living animals, and they can get cut, scratched, bumped and bruised while playing or exhaust themselves – just like kids do at school, so we supervise them closely. We are here to meditate on these situations and maintain order, but it’s important to know the natural inherent risks of allowing your dog to play off leash in a pack of free-running dogs.
What are the check-in and check-out times for boarding?
Anytime during business hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm Saturday, Sunday & Stat Holidays 9am – 7pm.
Are there any requirements for boarding my dog?
Yes, all dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and pass a temperament assessment.
Can I bring my dog's favourite toys and bedding?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring familiar items to make your pet’s stay more comfortable because we know how much dogs love the familiar comforts of home.
How often will my dog get exercise and playtime?
Your dog will receive multiple supervised play sessions and plenty of outdoor time, as well as exercise breaks to keep them happy and healthy.
