Working from home with an Australian shepherd Goose was DESTROYING my Zoom calls. Daycare 3x a week at Soulmutts has saved my career honestly.

Switched my Frenchie Diesel from one of those big chaindaycares to Soulmutts a year ago and I'll never go back. The chain place felt like a warehouse - cold, loud, dogs basically warehoused in pens. Soulmutts is genuinely caring, the dogs seem happy, and Diesel actually pulls toward the door now. Independent local businesses really do care more.

The whole place has such a warm, family atmosphere, its like dropping your dog off at a relatives house.

Vizla owners will understand: Maverick has the energy of a small jet engine. We exercise him 2 hours every morning and he's STILL bouncing off walls by 11am. Soulmutts wears him out properly with structured activities, fetch sessions, agility work, and group play. He comes home and naps. NAPS. Voluntarily. A vizsla! Witchcraft I tell you.

Soulmutts Toronto has been a great addition to our pet care routine. This place is a dream for any dog parent. They have spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, and the staff are consistently caring and attentive, making it feel like a true home away from home for dogs. My dog comes back happy, tired, and clearly well loved every single time.

When my mom was rushed to the hospital unexpectedly, I called Soulmutts in total panic mode needing immediate care for my dog Finn. Even though it was 7pm and they were technically closed, Ally said "just bring him over, family emergency always comes first." I was crying with relief! They kept him overnight and sent updates so I could focus on my mom. Having a place that truly understands that life happens and will help in a crisis is invaluable. They really care about their clients as people, not just customers.

The pickup service is SO reliable! They text exactly when theyre leaving, give a 10 minute heads up before arrival, and are always exactly on time. My dog Milo knows the sound of their vehicle now and gets excited when he hears them coming. The driver is super friendly and clearly loves dogs. Makes my life so much easier not having to worry about transportation logistics. Cant imagine going back to driving back and forth every day!

Our doberman Lucius is basically living his best life every time he comes here. When we’re out of town and he has to stay overnight, he doesn’t even pretend to miss us, he’s too busy thriving. For day outings, they literally scoop him up in the morning like the prince he is and drop him back off in the afternoon, completely exhausted from hours of chaos, zoomies, and making new best friends. He wags like he’s going to Disneyland, and comes home like he survived a music festival. The staff? Absolute gems. Super kind, super quick with photo updates (which I obsess over), and always easy to talk to if anything comes up. We’ve been bringing Lucius here for a while now and trust me—we’re not stopping anytime soon. 💜

The agility equipment and playground setup is amazing!! My athletic German Shepherd mix Zeus absolutely loves the obstacle courses and agility challenges they have set up. Theres tunnels, jumps, weave poles - like a whole doggy gym! He comes home mentally and physically stimulated from working through all the different activities. You can tell they really thought about what would keep active dogs engaged. Not just open space but actual structured play equipment. So impressive!

What I love most about Soulmutts is how it feels like a real home, not some sterile facility! The whole place has such a warm, family atmosphere - its like dropping your dog off at a relatives house. Theres comfy furniture, cozy areas, and it just feels so welcoming and homey. My golden retriever Buddy is sensitive to new environments but he took to this place immediately because it doesnt feel institutional at all. Ally has created something really special here that feels more like family care than business care.

I love following their Instagram to see updates of my pup during the day! They post the cutest photos and videos of all the dogs playing and having fun. Its such a nice way to check in and see that hes happy while Im at work. They also share stories throughout the day showing different activities. The social media transparency really gives you peace of mind and makes you feel connected even when youre away. Plus the photos are adorable and always make me smile!

Really appreciated the thorough assessment they did with my dog Oscar before his first day. Ally spent time getting to know his personality and energy level to make sure hed be matched with the right group of dogs. The temperament evaluation was so professional and you can tell they really care about making sure every dog is comfortable and safe. No just throwing dogs together and hoping for the best - they actually take time to do it right. Smart approach that gives me total confidence!

Our little rescue Bella is super anxious and sensitive, and finding the right place for her was tough. Soulmutts has been absolutely perfect - they take such gentle, patient care with her. Ally really understands nervous dogs and creates such a calm environment. No rushing, no overwhelming her, just letting Bella go at her own pace. She actually gets excited to go now which I never thought would happen! They really specialize in making anxious pups feel safe and comfortable.

Love that I can get both daycare AND grooming at the same place! Dropped off Max for his usual day of play and picked him up looking absolutely gorgeous after a spa session. So convenient not having to coordinate between different places - Soulmutts takes care of everything. The grooming is top notch too, he always looks and smells amazing. Definitely makes life easier when you can get all your dogs needs met in one spot. Highly recommend the combo services!

My anxious dog (a corgi/blue heeler mix), Ollie, I thought would be a handful for anyone let alone have him spend days at a daycare; I am completely shocked that he is doing so well here! The staff are super friendly, dropping off and picking up is super easy as well, the billing makes 100% sense, I could go on but the most important aspect of all of this is I truly can go to work in peace knowing Ollie is being cared for and get cute little photos during the day. It’s cliche to say, but 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a reputable and genuinely kind place to have your dog cared for 😇🥰

One of my favorite things about dropping off my dog here is it makes him exert his energy more closely to my typical work day. So our energy levels are more in sync every time I pick him up.

As a dedicated dog owner, finding a trustworthy daycare for my furry companion was a top priority, and Soulmutts Toronto exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell this facility truly cares about dogs and their well-being. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to learn about my dog’s personality, preferences, and special needs, which made me feel confident that my pet was in great hands.

Our dog Chile struggled with socialization until we brought her to SoulMutts!! Now she does so well with other dogs. We take her to SoulMutts for anywhere from a few hours to over nights. They are very accommodating with any special needs, dietary restrictions or even what other dogs to group her with. We’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with all their staff.

We send our pup here 3 days a week, and he loves Ally and her team! There are always so many dogs for Buddy to play with, and he always comes home happy and exhausted!

We boarded our corgi at Soulmutts, and let me tell you, it was a great experience! Everything went so simply and smoothly from the time we booked until we picked him up. The staff took the time to learn about our dog's needs, which was really amazing. The area was extremely tidy and comfy, and they made certain that our animal friend was content throughout his stay. We even received regular updates and gorgeous images, which helped us relax while we were away.

My dog Amelia loves soulmutts so much and always comes home tired and happy. The staff are great, will reply fast and send pictures and updates if you ask for it.

This is a wonderful place. The staff are so warm and responsive. Phred gets so excited whenever he goes there.

Great place for cat treats and toys Love it

We left our dog at Soulmutts for his first night away from home. We had to leave town urgently and they were very responsive and able to accommodate our schedule. They provided us with lots of updates while we were away and even included photos which were much appreciated. Our dog came out looking happy and healthy and I am sure he will be eager to return!

Ollie (my dog) has been going to SOULMUTTS since we moved to Toronto in 2018. They have been the best thing for him and for an anxious dog mom! I was so worried about finding a reliable dog sitter/walker/boarding location/groomer, and SOULMUTTS provides all that! They are so accommodating when they can be also! I never have to spend my time worrying when I am away from Ollie as I know he’s in the best hands. I trust SOULMUTTS the way I would a family member to care for my dog! They’re highly responsive, budget friendly service! Can’t recommend and praise enough!
