Our dog Chile struggled with socialization until we brought her to SoulMutts!! Now she does so well with other dogs. We take her to SoulMutts for anywhere from a few hours to over nights. They are very accommodating with any special needs, dietary restrictions or even what other dogs to group her with. We’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with all their staff.

As minute as we walked there, Soulmutts went above and above to accommodate my Poodle's demands. They took the time to understand his struggles, making sure he felt totally at home. The warm and dog-loving atmosphere there made me feel instantly at ease when I had to leave my beloved puppy in their care. They provided my Poodle with customized care that was unmatched by anything I had ever encountered, and I could tell they sincerely loved him. Because of that, I can now introduce him to other situations with much more ease and confidence. Since Soulmutts exceeded all of my expectations, there isn't anything that I can think of that needs to be improved!

We send our pup here 3 days a week, and he loves Ally and her team! There are always so many dogs for Buddy to play with, and he always comes home happy and exhausted!

We boarded our corgi at Soulmutts, and let me tell you, it was a great experience! Everything went so simply and smoothly from the time we booked until we picked him up. The staff took the time to learn about our dog's needs, which was really amazing. The area was extremely tidy and comfy, and they made certain that our animal friend was content throughout his stay. We even received regular updates and gorgeous images, which helped us relax while we were away.

We bring our Vizsla here and he always comes home super tired and well rested. This is a particularly challenging breed as they are known as the velcro dogs because they don't like to be alone... I've tried leaving him with other places and he always comes back with anxiety if he's isolated or doesn't get enough attention... this is never the case with Soulmutts 🐶Love that they have a huge outdoor space in downtown Toronto. It has made my life so much easier since we started bringing our dog here. We love the staff and we love how much space our dog has to run. We couldn't be happier to have found Soulmutts!

I was searching for dog boarding services nearby and decided to try Soulmutts. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the love and care they have for all the dogs.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Soulmutts, my 1 year old energetic collie sheppard mix loves going there a few times a week and the pick up service is really convenient. She's boarded overnight there as well. Staff is lovely and really seems to care about the pups. Online booking is very easy. Really great place to have in our routine! Incredibly helpful to have close by.

We had such a great experience with Soulmutts! We were in town for a few days and didn’t want to leave our pup in the hotel room. The team at Soulmutts helped us get everything set-up for our trip and our dog had a wonderful daycare experience, came home to us each night happy and tired!

SoulMutts was very accommodating to my request to put my dog Suma in the daycare for an unforeseen trip to Toronto. They were super fast in responding and forego the assessment part after they collected the vaccine information. I felt trusted when I said that my dog is well-behaved and well-socialized even though she had never been to a daycare. Suma had a great time there, as evidenced by the pictures the great staff sent me by text messages to update. I now know that there is a reliable place I can send her to when I go to Toronto. Highly recommend this place.

I’m very cautious and sometimes nervous to leave my dog (Argos, Golden Retriever) with anyone other than my family but I am grateful to the staff at Soulmutts who take great care of my pup. I have used both full day daycare and overnight services and have no complaints. Highly recommend to any dog parents who are in need of extra help with their doggos. Staff are amazing and Argos is always happy to see them!

Great place for cat treats and toys Love it

The staff is incredible! They even text you pics of your dog playing playing throughout the day. Also incredibly knowledgeable on husky breed quirks which is a huge plus. I bring my husky here all the time and feel 100% at ease. I highly recommend Soulmutts.

Loved this place! So friendly and reasonable prices

We left our dog at Soulmutts for his first night away from home. We had to leave town urgently and they were very responsive and able to accommodate our schedule. They provided us with lots of updates while we were away and even included photos which were much appreciated. Our dog came out looking happy and healthy and I am sure he will be eager to return!

My dog got sick the day I was scheduled to drop her off for 2 weeks at Soulmutts. I almost didn't go on my trip. But after speaking to Ally and her the team, I felt incredibly reassured that my pup was in good hands. They texted me pictures every day to keep me updated on my dog's health. My pup had digestive issues, and none of the prescription foods I had left were working. Ally not only researched the best dietary alternatives, she also ordered the food and had it delivered. In the end, she figured out the right diet for my dog, which I now stick to every day. Incredible service, extremely experienced, and most importantly, a caring team.

Best of the best my dogs love it there

Ollie (my dog) has been going to SOULMUTTS since we moved to Toronto in 2018. They have been the best thing for him and for an anxious dog mom! I was so worried about finding a reliable dog sitter/walker/boarding location/groomer, and SOULMUTTS provides all that! They are so accommodating when they can be also! I never have to spend my time worrying when I am away from Ollie as I know he’s in the best hands. I trust SOULMUTTS the way I would a family member to care for my dog! They’re highly responsive, budget friendly service! Can’t recommend and praise enough!

Amazing employees and playground! They are super sweet and professional. My dog had a really good time there, played and slept. I'm glad that we found this place to let her play safely and happily.

My puppy loved going here for daycare!! Their hours are perfect for people who need to get to work early (they open at 6:45 am). The staff are very friendly and respond to my texts promptly throughout the day. My pup seems well exercised and happy when he leaves and is definitely excited to go whenever we drop him off. We see lots of pictures of him having fun. The place is a little bit out of the way but never any real traffic when dropping him off or picking him up. The only downside is that the area is industrial and there is quite a bit of dust around but otherwise the best daycare option we have found in Toronto.
