Our Service Requirements

Dogs must be fully vaccinated to join group activities. Mandatory vaccines in Ontario include Rabies and DHPP Boosters (Rounds 1, 2, & 3). The Bordetella vaccine is also recommended for off-leash interactions 
at dog parks.

Adult dogs must be spayed/neutered at their breed-specific appropriate age.

Dogs must be well-socialised and non-aggressive. Our environment isn’t suitable for training aggressive or unpredictable dogs. The safety of our pack is a priority, so only non-aggressive dogs are eligible for our pick-up and drop-off services.

Off-leash environments carry risks of accidents, such as cuts or bruises. Even well-socialised dogs can sometimes lose their temper. We mediate conflicts and maintain order, but these risks are inherent in off-leash play.
