How the first month works: payment is taken when you join. Join on Toronto calendar days 1–7 and it covers that full calendar month; join on day 8 or later and it covers the following calendar month, starting on the first. Services before that future start date bill at normal rates. The first automatic renewal is on the first after the paid service month. Every off-leash plan has a 3-service-month minimum and no bucket rollover.

How service billing works: we keep every service record at its normal rate. Before service invoicing, eligible services are reconciled against the paid plan; if everything is covered, no service invoice is generated. Uncovered services and services from a plan payment that fails are invoiced at normal rates. If a completed plan payment is later reversed, we review any already-invoiced mixed services and adjust the account without collecting both the plan fee and normal service charges.

Cancellation: you may schedule cancellation at any time. The membership remains scheduled through the three committed service months; renewal charges are attempted only for service months before the scheduled end. No further membership-renewal charges are made afterward; uncovered services remain separately billable.

Fewer than 3 a week? Pay per outing — $30 single-dog / $52 two-dog; larger crews by quote. Extended one-way starts at $53.
