Frequently Asked Questions
How large is your daycare facility?
Our Dog Daycare Facility is over 8,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor play space. The Indoor space is divided into multiple large play zones, making it safe and comfortable for dogs of all sizes & energy levels.
Are there different playspaces for the dogs?
Yes, there are multiple large play areas! We not only create dog packs for dogs of different sizes, but we also consider their temperament, energy levels and special needs.
Do you take puppies, and from what age?
Yes. Puppies can join once their vaccination series is complete, which for most dogs is around 16 weeks. We start them on half days in a small group matched by size and energy, with rest built into the day. Adult dogs need to be spayed or neutered at their breed-appropriate age; puppies are assessed as puppies. More in what age a puppy can start daycare.
Do you pick up downtown, or only in Leslieville?
Our van shuttle covers Leslieville, Riverdale, East York, the Beaches and the downtown east side. The One-Way Off-Leash Outing is a full daycare day with pickup from your door included, $53 on weekdays.
How long can my dog stay in a day?
Up to 12 hours on weekdays (7am–7pm) and up to 10 on weekends and holidays (9am–7pm). If you’ll be later than closing, a single night of boarding is simpler than late fees, and the same assessment covers both.
Is there an indoor space when the weather is bad?
Yes. Alongside the outdoor park, the indoor play spaces are climate controlled with HEPA filtration, so hot, icy or wet days are still a full day of play, just with more of it inside.
